welcome to theSound of Silence.
You don't need a spa day.
You need a hard reset.
Seven private rooms. Three modalities. No cucumbers, no apology music, no one upselling you mid-session. Float tanks, traditional Finnish sauna into cold plunge, and pharmaceutical-grade salt air under infrared heat — five of the most physiologically powerful recovery tools available, and the discipline to run them right.
The experienceBook the room.
It's yours alone.
Sixty minutes.
Nothing asked of you.
Shower, dress,
walk out sharp.
The Rooms
Zero gravity. Zero light. Zero noise.
Three Dreampod Vmax pods, each in its own private room, holding 500 kg of pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salt at skin temperature. Sixty minutes floating — nervous system reset, muscles unloaded, mind gone quiet. Built extra-large for athletes, taller guests, and couples.
Float House →Forge yourself in fire and ice.
Two private rooms, each pairing an Almost Heaven Auburn Nordic spruce sauna — true Finnish löyly over hot stones — with a Plunge All-In cold plunge. Sweat it out, plunge it off, repeat. Traditional sauna only; all infrared and salt live in the Recovery Den.
Contrast Forge →Breathe. Salt does the rest.
Two private rooms built around a HaloSauna PRO — far infrared heat opening the airways while a commercial halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt aerosol. Chromotherapy, aromatherapy, and optional red light therapy. Express on a lunch break, or the Full session.

Tub Goat was founded by Cheyenne and Kayli Olinde — United States Marine Corps veterans, combat photographers, and Marine Sweethearts who met in service one month before September 11, 2001.
Cheyenne spent nearly two decades as a global supply chain director, pushing past limits physically and professionally. After years of high output with no real infrastructure for recovery, he built the facility he wished had existed. Kayli, a professional interior designer, designed every room in it.
No-frills, results-driven recovery rooted in discipline, not luxury. Ancient practice — float, salt, heat, cold — run with modern science and military-grade accountability.

The quiet isn't empty.
It's what you've been missing.
Open daily, 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
